Shipping & Returns


Thank you for shopping with The Evelyn Company!  Each item is packaged and shipped through the USPS.  I use their flat-rate envelopes and boxes for each of my products.  You will receive an email when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.  Please be aware that items purchased during a pre-order round take 4-6 weeks to ship.  

Any purchases made outside of the U.S. will be subject to additional charges for customs and transport. Along with extended times for shipping.


As the owner and maker of The Evelyn Company, I take great care in making my costumers a priority.  Our products are made with your little ones in mind.  Please understand that we cannot accept returns, unless there is a problem from our end.  If you find our products faulty upon their arrival please contact me so that we can resolve this issue.  Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.  

Costumers are responsible for return shipping charges.  Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived in order to receive a refund.  Refunds will be given as store credit.

 At this time, The Evelyn Company does not accept exchanges.  Please insure that you are purchasing the correct size and/or color.  If you have any questions feel free to contact us!
